How to unlock the Oink Oink! achievement in Farming Simulator 17 - Definitive Guide
I had a few pigs I was watering & feeding the "right" way and had gone from my original 8 up to 10 but to breed 50 in a single session I wanted to speed things up.
Water is easy enough but getting the pig food to the farm either by growing it or dealing with pallets was going to be tedious to get +50 pigs in one session (Note that I didn't verify but others have said the breeding achievements need to be in a single session).
Thankfully there's a mod that lets you buy a pig feed silo which dispenses pig feed into your tipper just like refilling tanks at a water tower (i.e. costs money but super convenient).
Doing it this way requires a fair bit of money built up or enough income during the session to pay for everything (e.g. some solar panels/windmills or money cheat boxes).
If you're at the point of trying for the breeding achievements, that's probably more than enough info but here's detailed steps for those unfamiliar with mods or reading this before they get the game to see how grindy some of the achievements are (with the silo this one is easy/not a grind):
From the main menu, click mods and find the Pig Feed Silo under Objects and select/install it.
When you click to load your save, make sure to check the mod with before pressing to start.
Once in game, go to your pig farm and press to load up the store. Go to placeables and buy a pig feed silo and put it in a convenient spot where you can quickly drive back and forth from the feeding trough to the silo and back and rotated properly so that it's easy to get the tipper under the spout
I had plenty of money so I also bought another water tower to put right at the farm but this is certainly optional since there's one pretty close already. You can sell it back when you're done with this achievement to recoup some of the cost.
Get some pigs (I had 10 when I started) - it's cheaper/easier to pay the extra thousand or two for them to deliver them or you could lease an animal hauler if you don't see a need to own one longer term.
Now set up a couple tractors at the pig farm, one with a tipper and one with a water tank.
Fill up both at the pig feed silo & water tower (costs money) and park them at the feeding & water troughs. Press + to 'unload' which will top off the troughs.
Set the speed to 120x.
Go do other things but cycle back to the two tractors at the pig farm to top off the troughs regularly and when the tipper/tank runs out just refill it off at the silo/tower, rinse & repeat.
Rather than cycling back regularly you can also check the Animals tab to see how happy your pigs are with their food & water and top them off when they get a little low but I preferred to keep them as close to full all the time as possible.
I got the pigs and sheep achievements in the same session. Had a 2nd water tower at the sheep farm with grass planted in field 11 and a couple loads of hay already parked at the sheep farm (or you could load up a hayloft before starting on the sheep).

"Get some pigs " the guide says.... WHERE? HOW?
I don't see how. Been looking and looking.
Which tractor? Make & model exactly? Be specific.
Which water trailer? Be specific.
I voted thumbs down because clearly I can't follow your guide because there are missing steps to walk us through.
There are no pigs in my pen, and no water or feed disperses when I drive a trailer under them.
In short... HELP!
UPDATE:
The ANIMAL DEALER is located in the bottom-right next to field #31 (on the first map, I forgot the name).
Walk up where it says "Emerson's Livestock Market" and click LS to "open animal dialogue".
Prices are:
Pig........$3,000
Sheep...$4,000
Cow.......$5,000.

I have so far done pigs and sheep, both over multiple sessions, and both popped right when I bred the correct # animal. Cows next.

Step 1: Install the following Mods (all in objects);
Water Tower (Tall blue one)
Pig Food Silo
Money Cheat Box
Step 2: Place as many Money boxes as you can and let the cash build up, buying more as you can.
Step 3: Buy the following;
Any Tractor and the Metaltech DB 8 Tipper
Any T6 Tractor and the Joskin Aquatrans 7300 S Water Tanker
Kramer KL30.8T Front Loader with Universal Bucket
Step 4: Drive all three vehicles to the Pig farm south of Farm 7
Step 5: Place the the Water Tower and the Pig Silo next to the two troughs outside the pig pen.
Step 6: Buy as many pigs as you can afford, and keep buying them as your money goes up from the Money Box until you have around 200.
Step 7: Whilst step 6 is on going, use the Tractor with the Tipper to fill up from the Pig Silo, and the tractor with the Water Tank to fill up from the Water Tower, and use them to fill their respective troughs. Use the Front Loader to clean up in front of the food trough as necessary.
Step 8: Keep an eye on the level of water and food, as well as cleanliness (though this is less important). You can fill up the food and water to have 6 days worth if you wish, or just keep going back and forth as needs be.
Step 9: Set the game speed to 120x and await the achievement, should take no more than 30 minutes in total, even though it's a lot of steps.
