How to unlock the Sweet Dreams achievement in Farming Simulator 17 - Definitive Guide
It seems as though all the breeding achievements have to be done in the same session rather than the same save game at this point which makes it a bit of a grind but it's totally doable.
I would suggest doing this one first since you can get quite a bit of cash by selling wool. Well over 100,000$ on easy for six full pallets. And sheep only need grass/hay and water.
All you'll really need for equipment is a small tractor with a bucket loader/loading wagon, a mower, and a water tank. If you've got even more cash i would suggest the Krone forage harvester with the mower header and the krone tipper that way you can really stockpile grass for the long term.
Start with as many sheep as you can afford after you've got your equipment ready that way the reproduction time will be greatly reduced. Right now I've got 85 sheep and the reproduction time is down at 12:15 hours which equates to about 6 minutes on ×120 time.
To sell wool you'll need a pallet fork and i also used a large tipper to load them into. It's best to wait for great demand at the spinnery which is located straight south of the pasture in town.
Cleanliness can be overlooked as it only gains you 10% productivity.
One other tip is to build a water tower right next to the pasture so you won't have to drive far to refill your tank.
Lastly if you can afford field 11 do it and just plant grass in it. When you mow/forage harvest on ×120 the grass typically grows back before even finishing the field. Good luck and i hope this helps. Any other suggestions feel free to reply.

I did it in the same session. Gained enough money to buy enough cows to put me over 100. Reproduction time was about 17 hours or 8 minutes on ×120. Nice thing about this game is if you go on an app for a bit it doesnt make you sign back in. So i was able to breed a bit then watch an episode or two on Netflix then come back. You really need a lot of equipment and patience for the cows though.

Step 1: Install the following mods (from the objects section)
Water Tower (Tall blue one)
Money Cheat Box
Step 2: Start a fresh save, or ensure you have the "Farmer's Favorite achievement" and set the game speed to 120x
Step 2: Buy the following;
3 X Tractors
1 x Seed Big Bag
Amazone Condor 15001 Sowing Machine
Kockerling Allround Cultivator
Pottinger Novicat 301 ED Mower
Pottinger Euroboss 330 T Loading Wagon
Joskin Aquatrans 7300 S
Step 3: Attach the Sowing Machine to one Tractor, the Cultivator to another, then the Mower and the Loading Wagon to the third.
Step 4: Take the a Tractor and the Cultivator to Field 11 and buy the field, then hire a worker to cultivate the field.
Step 5: Whilst the worker is at Field 11, drive the Tractor with the Sowing Machine next to the Seed bag, and select to fill it with grass, then take that to Field 11 as well. Hire another helper to sow the field with grass.
Step 6: Drive the tractor with the Mower and Loading Wagon up to field 11 and wait for the grass to start growing.
Step 7: Whilst waiting for the grass to grow, buy 200 sheep from the nearby farm.
Step 8: Once the grass has grown, hire a worker to mow the grass, making sure to manually lower the Loading Wagon first (else the grass won't collect).
Step 9: Drive one of the first two Tractors back to the shop and pick up the Water Transport and drive it to the Sheep farm. Place the Water Tower close to the water trough, and fill the tank with water, then unload the water into the trough.
Step 10: When the loader is full of grass, unload it into the second trough next to the sheep pen, then go back to the field to let the worker carry on.
Step 11: Keep an eye on the Water and Grass bars in the animal menu, and restock them when they're getting too low.
It's a much more arduous process than getting 50 pigs, but hopefully this is able to give a step by step guide as to what to do. The vehicles suggested are the ones I used (because for the most part, they're the biggest ergo quicker) but they're not necessary).

on step 8, MAKE SURE you select the grass seed!! don't be dumb like me and waste a lot of time by accidentally sewing wheat or whatever its on by default.

To breed any of the farm animals you need to keep their productivity high by feeding them, giving them water and keeping them clean. In the pause menu there is a tracker for all your animals types. The video below does a good job of explain how to care for sheep and is a great guide for tending to your other animals as well.
