How to unlock the Ecstatic Plants achievement in Farming Simulator 19 - Definitive Guide
Note: It doesn't matter if you do it yourself or hire a worker for this to count. However, it must be done on a field you own, hired jobs do not count for this.
This is a simple achievement it just takes time. Just grab your favorite tractor, put a fertilizing unit on the back and go to town on a field you own. The bigger the fertilizer, the faster you can get this done. It is faster to rotate through the cultivating, sowing, fertilizing and harvesting on the same field so you are working on the achievements for all 4 instead of doing one group at a time.
You can make it less a chore by buying a big field and hiring a worker then walking away while your minion does the work. You will likely have to repeat this several times depending on how much you actually played the game before starting on it.
You should also get these while completing this one.

Note: work done by hired workers does count, however work done on contracted fields does not - you must own the field for the counter to increase. These achievements are also known to be slow sometimes, so you might have to do a little extra.
Note 2: This must be done in a single save game, but is not limited to a single session
Fertilizing is spreading solid or liquid fertilizer. Slurry, digestate, and manure should count towards this. Herbicide probably not. It's possible that cultivating over oilseed radish will also count, but I had all my achievements way before I got into that. As far as "easiest" method, use a combo as noted below, or go with solid or liquid - it's much faster.
Note 3: Seeders and planters that fertilize at the same time may also count towards the fertilizing achievements
Along the way, you will have also unlocked:

Now that the field is Cultivated, is time to Fertilize. You can do this with less fertilizers, as this is the fastest activity to do. Buy 2 or 3 tractors and 2 or 3 fertilizer (just the cheapest). Again, use workers like cultivation. As soon as one of the blue dots stops, go to it and try to use another worker while moving on the field. If nothing happens, the field is ready for next stage: Sowing.

To the above I will add:
- it’s better to start each field with two headers (they work the longest), and place a tractor next to it with a “trailer with a screw conveyor”, when the header is full, you can unload it into it, and they can then drag it to the elevator; the headers themselves should not leave the field leave.
- keep a bunch of tractors with trailers for cultivation and sowing/fertilizing, as written in the guide.
- you yourself need to build large elevators and two expanders on each group of fields, then you don’t have to sell the grain.
- it’s convenient to change the left-right cross technique
I sowed fields “4-5”, “6,12,13” and “7,8” in groups. 12 tractors (cultivator, seeder, tractor with trailer), 6 reapers. I made all three trophies in 7 hours.
