I don’t have this installed anymore but make sure you are searching on “all mods” in the mod store - I think it defaults to “top mods”

There is a mod that completely cut down on 90% of the work you are doing. The Mod is Multi Filling Station. All you need is a Large Tractor & a Trailer, as you can choose from all products, including the TMR & Straw needed for this. This works for ALL the Breeding Achievements.

Using the multi filling station was a big time saver. Wish I had seen this earlier

Hello community. This is my suggestion on getting this achievement.

My suggestion would be first off is to stock pile silage bales, hay bales and straw bales. Round or square don't matter what ever your preference is. Find a plot where you can build a large cow pasture. I personally purchased 3 but that was me.
You will need the following Items
1. A water tower near by
2. A farm deticated to grass.
3. A water tanker truck for each of your cow pastures.
4. A tractor with a primor 15070 straw thrower per each pasture.
5. A tractor with a TrailedLine Duo 1814 per pasture.
Also a bucket loader to keep the areas clean.

Cows do take the longest to breed so be patient I guess.
Cows do require hay, grass, straw and silage as a food source. You will want to make sure that you keep everything as close to 100% as possible.

For silage I used 2 bales of silage, 2 bales of hay and 1 bale of straw.

I filled each one of my pastures with 30 cows each and just set my time to 120x. Mainly devoted my time to this. Did contracts while working on this as well. I would also suggest keeping up with making silage hay and straw if you are going to have more then one pen.

Buy the 50 cow pasture and put it into your starting farm (19-24-25-26). Go in front of the door of the pasture and press , so you can buy cows. Buy 40 of them. Your next step is to give them food, water and straw. Cows are a nightmare. They have long times to breed, need HUGE amount of water, straw and food. And also, they consume the resources very very fast, so it’s not easy to manage them. I will give you some better explanations:

  • Water: for the water, you need a Truck and a water tank under “animals” machines. If you follow my guide, you should have a water pump in your farm (it's near the middle of the fields). Go with the truck and the water tank near it and fill it with water by pressing . Now, go to the correct spot in the pasture and press + (you can see different spots with a ground sign yellow and black). This works for all animal breeding.
  • Straw: Pigs and Cows need straw. This is not something intuitive. During harvesting, the harvester will leave a trail of straw. To collect it, you need a loading wagon capable of loading straw. The first one under “Loading Wagons” will work. Connect it to a tractor and go to a harvested field with straw on the ground. Press + to lower the wagon and + to start it. Now, follow the trail of straw. This is something you have to do by yourself, you can’t hire workers. Once you have enough, just drop it by the animals farms in the correct spot with +..
  • Food: the bad thing. Cows can eat Grass and Mixed Rations but Grass is not suggested. To farm grass, you need to use too many machines and you will farm a small amount of grass, that will be wiped out in no time. Also, grass will only increase Productivity of around 20/30%, so you will need 70 in-game hours and more for ONE cow. This is why I tried with mixed rations, that will increase productivity to 90/100%, slowing the time to around 20/30 in-game hours per cow. To make Mixed Rations, you need a tractor, a Mixing Wagon (under "Animals" machines, buy the TrailedLine Duo 1814), a forklift and many many many bale of Silage and Hay. You can buy them under and on “Bale”. To fill the TraileLine, you will need 2 bale of silage and 2 of hay. Buy them and then use the forklift to put all 4 inside the TrailedLine, one at a time. This is a bit tricky but after some time, you will understand how to do it. Now, you have a Mixing Wagon with 16.000 litres of Mixed Rations. Take them to the cow pasture, but before feeding the cows, prepare at least two more full TrailedLine (you can have more, it's up to you). Once you have three of them, give all your mixed rations to your cows and sell all the TrailedLine and tractors you bought. Now, rent another tractor and another Mixing Wagon, fill it and take it to the pasture. Again, send back them and rent new ones, so you will be continuosly giving food to the cows. You will spend all the time making cows just coming back and forth from the store but it’s the fastest way I found for this.

Always have an eye on food and water quantity by pressing options and go on the menu with the cow, refilling when needed. Remember to sell the cows once they reach the maximum capacity of the pasture.

The longest animal trophy. The game does not provide ( IS PROVIDED, READ HINT BELOW ) equipment for mass transportation of bales. But carrying one at a time will drive you crazy.

I wrote about water in the trophy for the pigs. Cows need food - hay or grass. How I did it:
The middle tractor, the penultimate mower (a device, not a machine), the harvest trailer - the last. And go ahead and mow the green grass. The one on the side of the road. It's a long haul.

You need to pour out the grass behind the barn. When the trophy was already taken, I read an interesting tip on the loading screen. You can buy hay rollers, something like that. And turn the grass into hay. Try it, add a hint, maybe it will be faster.

It can be done much simpler, there are bale loaders, so in total we will need:
1) tank in the animal section
2) automatic bale collector in the baling section
3) loader with bucket
I filled the tank at the place where the river flows into the sea
I bought bales of grass in the store, 16 pieces fit into an automatic trailer, we take them to the feeding area and dump them (this trailer can unload itself), falling into the feed unloading area, the bales are counted as feed.
Well, a bucket is needed to remove debris at the feeding site, this grass can be dumped back, it will also be counted as food.

I want to add a little so that you don’t make my mistakes, this applies to all animals in the game: you don’t need to buy pigs, cows, chickens and sheep of different colors ! Buy only one color, as animals in this game only mate with representatives of their own color scheme.
To make it clear: if you buy 20 sheep of two different colors, this will give you offspring in a week. If you buy 40 sheep of 1 color they will give birth in 20 hours.

We buy a large paddock, buy 180 cows (because the more cows, the faster the offspring comes). Next, we don’t bother with the mono-mixture, but simply buy an automatic bale picker, any tractor, as well as any loader and bucket from animal trailers. Don’t forget about the truck (preferably 6x6) and take the largest water tank in the animal trailers. For water, we go to the nearest body of water, drive into the water and click fill. We buy bales of hay in the store, take 16 bales at once, drive up to them on a tractor with an automatic pick-up and pick up all the hay. As a result, you have 64,000 liters of hay, you go to the paddock, there you unload at the point and the feed automatically goes to the cows. That's it, we went 10 times and brought hay, 6-7 times water and time for 120 acceleration. As a result, there will be 2 cows per day.

And by the way, I was really worried about where to get the straw. But it is not needed if you do not need solid manure. All animals can do without straw
