then go to the last section “Others” then select “Construction”. Select anything (I recommend finding something cheap but big) and place a bunch of them on a field that you own. This achievement is bugged. I was going after Well Oiled machine. Bought a field and placed 8 factories there and All out of land Shows up. Any Ideas ????????

Okay this is how I did it.
I downloaded the Government Subsidy mod so I could have 8.4 million dollars per month to play with so not issues for money. I then started a new game as the farm manager setting on the Elmcreek map. I then purchased field 54 as it was rectangular and a single field, and placed the government subsidy sign on the top right corner if you are looking at the map in the pause menu. You can find the government subsidy sign under the Construction menu -> Production -> Generators.
I then went into the Construction menu -> Buildings -> Sheds -> and chose the "Bulk Hall" which should be the 5th item in the list, for some reason this has snap turned on so makes it easier to place. Now there is a trick you can actually overlap these buildings a bit by toggling on the "Toggle free-mode(On)" so you can now overlap the buildings. I started in the top right corner of the field and placed them overlapping in columns up and down the field until the achievement popped.
Now disclaimer, I did try this on other fields with other buildings, when going for the achievement so not sure if that influenced this as I had about 65% percent on the tracker before trying this method.
