How to unlock the It's never too late to farm achievement in Farming Simulator 22 - Definitive Guide
Play a save file thats more than a year old.
Go offline in your network settings, restart the console, go into the date settings and move it back 2 or so years, load up the game and create a save (while still offline). After making the new save, completely close the game. Go back online (clock will set itself) and load the save game.. pop.

Load a save that hasn't been played for over a year.
This is the only annoying cop-out trophy. If you want to do it legitimately, set a note on your calendar and return a year later. Good luck with that and we'll see you back here in a year.
The other option is to cheese it, disconnect your PS4/PS5 from the internet, go into system settings, and manually set the date one year and one day ahead then reload the game.
Remember to reconnect to the internet and set your date back as it can trigger anti-cheat stuff in some games and sometimes just cause some general issues in others.

Go offline in online settings, restart your console, go into date settings and move it back about 2 years, load the game and create a save (still offline). After making a new save, close the game completely. Go back online (the clock will set itself) and load your saved game

I turned off the Internet, changed the time six months ahead, and launched the game on this date
