Grind/Can be done AFK - Ride a horse a certain distance.

First off, we need somewhere to house your new horse, press  to bring up the buying menu and use / to change the category to "Others". Now use /// to select "Construction" and press  to go back in game with a new menu at the bottom of the screen. You use  to select between a category (top row), sub-category (middle row), and the products (bottom large row with images) and  to confirm your selection. Select the "Animals" category and then "Horses" sub-category. Select any building with / and press  to start placing it. Use  to move it around and then press  to finalise it once you have found a suitable position.  will take you back.
Now we can buy a horse! Bring up the purchase menu again and you should still be on the "Others" category. Select "Animal Dealer" now and press  to bring up the animal pen selecter. Use /// to select your horse pen and press  to move to the last screen. Finally use / to select any of the horses that take your fancy and press  to bring up a pop-up menu. /// changes the quantity and then press  to buy your horse which will be automatically delivered to your selected building.  will take you back again.

Now that you are the proud owner of a horse, you can work towards the horse trophies.

Go up to your horse and press  to mount it. Pressing  will start making your horse move forward, so take it to the edge of its pen, press  4 times to bring it up to a gallop, and make sure that it won't hit anything with / held. Now take a rubber band (or something similar like a hair band) and secure it over  to hold it in the  or  positions and your vehicle of choice will drive in circles.
Now you're setup for 4 trophies; press  to jump once and Allez hopp , from now, keep pressing  to keep jumping.

Next, you will earn Giddy-up!  after a couple of minutes as the horse's ride stat reaches 100%. Next, hopefully, you've still been jumping this whole time.
The next trophy to unlock after another 5 minutes or so with this method will be You are not a kangaroo  for riding your horse a certain unknown distance.

Now, just put your controller down, go and play with your pets, watch something on a different device, build/paint a model whatever you want to do to pass some time after about 90 minutes from when you first got your horse up to a gallop, this trophy should finally pop.
