Note#2: There are 2 soft missable trophies that you can at least sort out. In regards to contracts, they can only be issues from fields that you do not own, so if you buy up all of the fields on whatever map you are playing, you will no longer see issues with any offers for contracts. Thankfully there is an easy fix on this, just sell some fields and you'll start getting offers again after a few in-game hours have passed.
