Buy sheep pen < Buy sheep (go to pawprint menu in front of pen) < ensure they have food and water < skip time < ensure they have food and water < skip time < repeat until babies are born < achievement pop :)
NOTES:
1. I had 60 sheep and they gave me 15 sheeplings. (If you get a lower number to pop the achievement please let me know and I will credit you)
2. You can buy grass bales from the store so you don't have to grow everything, simply put them in a mixing wagon.
3. This is NOT a guide to raising sheep so please don't take it as one! This is only a guide to pop the achievement.

First off, we need somewhere to house your sheep, press
to bring up the buying menu, and use

to change the category to "Others". Now use

to go back in game with a new menu at the bottom of the screen. You use 
to select between a category (top row), sub-category (middle row), and the products (bottom large row with images) and to confirm your selection. Select the "Animals" category and then "Sheep" sub-category. Select any building with / and press to start placing it. Use 
to move it around and then press to finalise it once you have found a suitable position.

Now we can buy sheep! Bring up the purchase menu again and you should still be on the "Others" category. Select "Animal Dealer" now and press to bring up the animal pen selecter. Use /// to select your sheep pen and press to move to the last screen. Finally use / to select any of the sheep that take your fancy that are older than 8 months and press to bring up a pop-up menu. /// changes the quantity (choose at least 30 for this trophy) and then press 
to buy your sheep which will be automatically delivered to your selected building. will take you back again.
Now you need to give your sheep grass to eat. Drive your vehicle/trailer choice to your Multifruit Buying Station and park under it and press
to bring a little pop-up menu. Use /// to select "Grass" and press to fill the trailer. Now drive to you're sheep pen and park around the dumping symbol. You should get a prompt to press +
, do this and dump the grass until full. If you need more, just get more from the buying station.
