I was able to get this Achievement with no issues and very easy & quick without needing to do much!
1. Head over to the Modhub on the main menu and download the map: Big Flats Texas.
This is a really easy map to get this Achievement and most other Achievements too. It has giant flat squares to get the maximum distance needed for these Achievements.
2. You can use any Seeder you wish for this. During this Achievement, I used the Citan 15001-C that's within the game itself (No Mod) and I bought three of these using the Government Subsidy Signs to spawn some money in while the time was maxed out.
3. Once you have bought around 3/4 seeders with tractors and filled them with seeds. Head over to fields 2, 3, and 6. Line them up and hire AI helpers to do all the work for you while you can sit back, keep your feet up, and let this wonderful Achievement come to you! Good Hunting Everyone!

Grind - Sow 100 hectares (247.1 acres) of land - this can be done with an AI driver.
The first step is to get a seeder or planter. You can either buy or lease one yourself or borrow it during a contract.
To buy or lease your own, press
to bring up the buying menu and use

to change categories to "Tools". Now using

, select "Seeders" or "Planters" and press

I would suggest the use of a mod called "Selfmade Weight" by "[PolyCount]Taz" for an interesting feature/glitch. If you attach this weight to the rear and then attach equipment (if only works on certain types), you can roughly double the speed at which the equipment works at.
Enter your new vehicle with, reverse (
) and drive (
) the front of the tractor to the weight (if required) and press to attach, then move forward () and reverse () into the spreader and press again to attach. Here is a video guide on attaching tools based on what I used for this trophy if my explanation isn't making sense to you.
Now finally, all you need to do is drive to your field (or the contract's field if you're doing one), position yourself in one corner and press
for the AI driver to do all the hard work for you. They will automatically buy whatever is needed for the job so you do not need to pre-fill anything.
Important Note
You MUST use your own vehicles and tools when farming fields that you own.
You MUST borrow the contract vehicle and tools when farming contracted fields.
Any other use will NOT count towards this trophy.
