How to unlock the Mass Production achievement in Farming Simulator - Definitive Guide
This cheevo will be awarded upon Sowing just over 100 hectares (ha)
To do this with minimum grinding, this is my plan.
Follow the guides to make as much money as possible from the beginning by following these great guides:
You will need to buy all the best harvesters and sowers so you will need a lot of cash for the next part so while you collect enough cash I would suggest working on the following cheevos:
If you rubber band your controller overnight while you sleep when you wake up you should have a TON of cash and the 10 hour cheevo too if you havnt already got it.
First of you want to sell all your gear for a little extra cash. now buy the following:
Go and buy field number 1 = $472,000 (over 10ha field means only 10 harvests needed)
Tractor: Case IH Steiger 600 = $359,000
Cultivator: VOGEL & NOOT TerraTop 800 = $57,000
Tippers: Kroger Agroliner SRB3-35 = $48,000
Tippers: SIGA Duo = $22,500
Sowing machine: AMAZONE Condor 15001 = $155,000
Harvester: Case IH Axial-Flow 9230 Quadtrac = $329,000
Harvester: Case IH 3020 Cutter (for wheat) = $51,000
GRAND TOTAL SPENT = $1.493,500
There is a fuel station & seed base to the right of field 1 (same place as your 1st unload in tutorial)
There is also an un load station same place as above and also the dock right above field 1 so everything is within easy reach.
Field 1 should already be cultivated from when you bought it so connect your sowing machine to your tractor and fill up on seeds.
Now start at the top right hand corner of the field and press B to basically auto pilot.
The first time you do this and finish the field should net you the 10ha cheevo.
Now wait until you can harvest the crop and then use your harvester and follow same as before, top right and B for auto pilot. Chances are you will have to start harvesting the field before the sower has actually finished sowing on the other side of the field.
Again the 1st time you finish the field should net you the 10ha cheevo.
Now grab the cultivator and to the same with the field.
Repeat this process 9 more times and the cheevos are yours.
After the initial money making set up the rest of this cheevo shouldn't take too long. If you have enough cash it may also be worth buying another tractor to pull your tipper.
Also note if you feel like it you can buy 2 of everything and along with starting everything in the top right corner you can also start a 2nd in bottom left corner and let them meet in the middle. This should reduce the time your waiting for the field to be cultivated, sown and harvested.
To check your progress click the left thumb stick until the statistics page is shown on the PDA, Now hold LB and click the left thumb stick until page 2/5 is shown. Sown area shows total amount done.
Happy farming people.

My crop withers before I can even harvest a quarter of the field, is it because I'm running at 120x to farm cash from my turbines and should probably do one or the other?

I can't remember since its been so long since I played but I seem to remember speeding time up did make crops die sooner.

This is tied to Harvest King as crops have to be sowed before they can be harvested. I however got this well before Harvest King because I forgot that I had sown fields several time and ploughed them, so make sure you remember what is planted and what need ploughing as it's a big waste of money and time otherwise. See Harvest King for boosting tips.
Please note: you need 101, not 100.
