If you find a seal that looks like a man (i know so helpful) attack them once and allow them to kill you. this is an NPC you can actually speak to though if you'd like but he only speaks gibberish. in my game i found one standing right next to a merchant World seed 69 (no not a joke)

yeah he is but like i said he speaks gibberish something along the lines of someone smashing their face into their keyboard if i remember correctly. i wasn't able to befriend them or anything.
