On the cruise ship level there will be a Golf Course section and towards the end of that you will see a driving range on the right side of the ship next to the edge.
Stand almost on top of the golf ball while looking down and use a charged belt attack to hit the ball. It must go forward out to sea to count and once you beat the high score it will unlock.

Couldn't get that to work for me, what worked was standing by the poolside and aiming so the crosshair was at the bottom of the ball then doing a charged belt attack, sent the ball flying for 268m
