During Chapter 25 'Kinetic Trigger', you have to get to the destination with at least 2:00 (120 seconds) on the clock. The key here is to NEVER run into other cars as that gets the police on you. If the police are on you, they'll bump into you cutting 5 seconds off at a time.

The 5 seconds loss from police is wrong. Hitting ANYTHING docks you 5 seconds at a time.
