This is sort of story related. After completing the main game, you will get 4 bonus levels called threads. They are pretty short and easy. Complete all 4 and this one is yours.

The Threads call for a more stealthy approach, making it very different from the rest of the game. Just wanted to make a mention of that.
This type of gameplay would have been a welcome touch to the main game, considering how incredibly repetitive it gets about halfway through.
