The fastest and easiest method requires a total of ZERO actual games to be fought.
1) Create a Private (Unranked) lobby [Rounds/Time does not matter]
2) Invite your boosting partner
3) Both players are required to ready up, immediately as the second person readies themselves the Character Select Menu will begin loading.
4) As the characters walk in to the sides of the screen, you can IMMEDIATELY hit the Start button, and "Exit Game." The typical *Warning Message* Appears. Disregard it and hit "A" to continue on.
5) After a short loading screen you will be shown the Win/Loss score of both players, despite never fighting, the games count. And you don't even have to rejoin the lobby!
6) Get each player to 10 wins in a row via this method. Should be incredibly fast.

This is a boosting achievement considering there is no community left for Fatal Fury Special. Simply gather a friend and pick Kim he can obliterate everyone in a few hits.
Smokez
Setup a Private Match with 1 other friend. Make it 1 round and just beat them 10 times in a row. After the 10 fight the achievement will unlock and you can trade more wins or let them get the 10 in a row.
