Hi !
For this achievement,you need to interact with a NPC in the nightmare.
So go to the lake,interact with the bed in the house to be in the nightmare (pink sky with kanjis everywhere).Then go at the back,left corner of the lake (from the entrance of the area) where the NPC should be close to a tree.
Simply talk to him to unlock the achievement.
You can see where it is at 0:03:15 in my full achievement video:
