For some reason this achievement seems to be bugged for me. I completed the game, freed the deer. But the achievement has not shown up on my dashboard on Xbox live.

After completing the game you will ride an owl through the credits and back to the main land. A bit to your right will be an adult deer and a child deer that is trapped. Use a nearby plant to free the child deer.

At the end of the game, when the bird flies you back to the main area, you will find a lot of creatures. If you look around, you will also find a cage containing the deer from the beginning of the game. Get one of the seeds from a ledge nearby and throw it at the cage to get the achievement.
