As with the previous commenter, this achievement didn't unlock for me first time.
If you don't want to risk starting a new game as the previous commenter suggests, I simply replayed the level "The Last Guardian" with Hero and it popped upon completing the level.

Any other ideas? Cant get it to unlock.

This didn’t unlock for me at first (on PC). Rebooting, restarting the game, and repeating a level did not work.
But I was able to fix it by selecting new game (it warned me this would delete all my progress). After completing the 1st level over again it unlocked.
