How to unlock the Warp zone achievement in Fez - Definitive Guide
This achievement will most likely be gained by exploring and playing the through the game normally. Still if you want to speed things up this video walkthrough might help you.
If you should need keys check your map by pressing the back button. Keys can be found in chests only. Chests are marked with a little icon on your map if you haven't found them so check often if you come into a new room!
All credit for the video goes to the uploader not to me.
Also MAJOR SPOLERS ahead so don't open the video if you don't want to spoil anything for yourself.

I have used my first 2 keys and I can't seem to find another one for the green sky warp gate. I have looked up where keys are found and they say there are only 2 in the whole game, does this mean I can't get this achievement?

There are five major warp gates which connect to different worlds marked by a large cubes which can be rotated around to select where to warp. The stages with the large warp gates are noted by the larger hexagons on the map. Most of these will be discovered through basic play, but one in the industrial (red brick) zone is a well which warps Gomez to the sewer section when you press down. It's still a standard warp gate once you get there; it's just not sitting out in the open as the others are.
It's difficult to give better directions to these. I'm basically posting this guide to describe what the game wants from the achievement and to note the unusual well warp to be found which may be overlooked by some players.

The warp zones are activated as soon as you reach the main hub screen of each area. These areas, in no particular order:
Blue Sky Zone, which you'll most likely discover first.
Graveyard Zone, which you can access by entering the lone cabin in the forest and exiting, then take the exit hanging under a bit.
Ruins of Zu Zone, instead of entering the cabin, you ascend up the tree and traverse past a large statue throne by entering the door at its base.
Industrial Zone, denoted by graffiti and signage. From Blue Sky, take the lighthouse exit, ascend through it by using a key, then enter the floating island. From coming out the other end, ascend to the water tower, repeat ascension, and you'll enter the new zone.
Sewer Zone, connected to Industrial. The door right under Industrial's warp leads to another spot. Once here, climb until you reach the top of the first tower and enter that door to find what Dot calls a well (but we know looks more like a pipe thanks to Nintendo). Proceeding through this will bring you to the warp cube and unlock the trophy for you.

This should unlock naturally as you progress through the world. There are 5 main areas in the game, with several worlds around them, and once you enter the 5th world, this achievement will unlock. A map on where to find these, and how to unlock it will come soon, but as I said this should come naturally as you progress through the game.
- Sewer Area
- Graveyard Area
- Industrial Area
- Town Area
- Abandoned Area
