Before you do anything, check the date for the next time your favourite team is playing.
On match day of your favourite team, in the Main Menu go in 'Xbox Live' then 'Interactive Leagues'.
Once in, press
until you're in League Schedule and play a game. Win or lose it doesn't matter, as long as you finish the match you will get this achievement.
