Just go into Create a Tournament and keep clicking "A" until you get it.

In the main menu, enter 'Game Modes' then 'Create Tournament' and 'New Tournament'.
To make it quick, choose the tournament type as knockout and number of teams 2. Where it says auto fill teams, choose no and advance.
On the next screen, fixtures v each team 1 and advance. Choose your team and your opponents team and proceed.
You should now unlock this achievement. If you play and win this tournament, you also unlock a secret achievement.
