There is such an easy way to boost this, one other TA member (sm182) and I just boosted for an hour and both got 5 wins.
You can set up an online league and use that to count as Ranked games. This is easily confirmed after one game as you will earn your "1st Online Win" after your 1st game. I suggest you also combo that 1st game with the "Hat Trick by 1 player" achievement and "Clean Slate" [you will get this one 90 times on your way to 100 though].
You can set the league up to be 2 teams, and you play each team 11 times. Also, once the league is done, there is a simple "Restart" function which completes and creates the same league...allowing you to keep going.
The benefit to using a LEAGUE to play your games is that you can use 2 minutes halves...so once someone scores, you can just screw around midfield with the ball, and just make sure to change possession once you hit 45/90 minutes (X or B to kick the ball over mid field) so the ref blows the whistle.

For this one you gotta score a hat-trick in an online ranked match. It can be done with any player of your choice, but would be much easier if you tried to do it with a striker.
Just make sure you go a good team, and maybe try to play 3 strikers up front. 4-3-3 formation, and always try to feed the ball to the central striker.
