General rules:
The easiest way to complete all challenges from all regions in the game is as follows:
- Create 11 players with 0 skill - Minimise their height, maximise their weight.
- Create 7 extra goalkeepers - do not change skill - these are substitutes.
- Transfer all players to one team. This is the designated losing team.
- Put all created players in to the starting line up, with the extras as subs.
- Change the formation so that all players are as wide as possible, with an attacking mentality. This will leave massive gaps in defence and midfield.
- Transfer all the best players in the world to one squad.
- Go to My Fifa 08 and save your squad, so you can reload it each time.
- Once you have completed a region, you can then transfer your players to the new designated teams for any particular region.

Complete challenge with __________:
If you do not like the player selected, back out twice (team selection screen) and re-select team.

Just got to say that I found the last challenge which was scoring 2 goals in 5 minutes rather difficult

For #2 (Ball Hog), you can take advantage of some EA programming stupidity. For whatever reason, EA programmed the "stoppage time" really ignorantly. I've complained since I started playing FIFA games on Xbox that if there is 1 minute of stoppage time, the game will give the computer MASSIVE amounts of time over the supposed "stoppage" time if they are behind (whereas if you are behind the stoppage time will be non-existent).

So if you are at say 89% when the stoppage time starts, take the ball into one of the corners and just sit there with it. Your player will "automatically" protect the ball, and most of the time the computer will foul you. For whatever reason you can do this for an extended amount of time. One time - just goofing around - with 1 minute of stoppage time - I took it to 107 minutes before I finally got bored and moved the ball forward, triggering the whistle. (It's my guess that it's the moving forward that triggers the end of the stoppage time.)

So for a 90 minute match, you need to hold the ball for exactly 81 of the 90 minutes to get to the 90% threshold. But let's pretend that the computer has managed to keep the ball for 10 minutes in the first 90 minutes. That means you are at 89% - and you're going to fail the challenge. Keep the ball in the corner until the 100 minute mark (which is easily do-able, due to EA's stupid programming) - and then move forward, triggering the whistle - and VOILA, you've completed the challenge.

This is the first - and only time - that I appreciated EA's programming staff being complete douches in the way they designed the game logic.

Ok, so after finishing this achievement, I figured I'd make one more comment - about challenge #10.

My advice is that if you don't score on your initial run, immediately re-start.

The reason is two-fold, first you can't adjust the length of the halves. You're stuck with 5 minutes. This means your initial run takes about 10 to 15 seconds in real time, but this kills about a minute and a half of in-game time. If you don't score on that initial run, by the time you get the ball back and score you'll have so little time left it would be challenging to score the second goal within the 5 minute time fame, even if EA's programmers weren't being total douchelords.

And total douchelords they are. It's obvious from what happens after you score that first goal, that the EA programmers - being total douchelords - have "adjusted" the opposing team to do things they don't normally do. They SPECIFICALLY start delaying the game. They back pass in situations where they normally wouldn't back pass, and they will sit there and dribble the ball, sometimes in circles, to keep you from completing this challenge.

A shining example was the second time I had scored a goal (and I was only scoring that first goal about 1 out of 5 tries). They took the ball from the kickoff, back passed it all the way to the keeper, WHO THEN PROCEEDED TO RUN DOWN THE BACK LINE DRIBBLING THE BALL. He did this for like 30 seconds of real-time. I was just flabbergasted - as I had never seen this behavior before. Like I said, the EA programmers were just being douchelords when they set up this challenge. So heed my advice, and re-start if you don't score on that first run - it'll save you time & frustration.

(Challenge #9 was just as frustrating - from my EA programmers are douchelords perspective anyway. They set Rooney up as the guy I had to score 3 goals with - but after scoring the initial goal almost immediately, I couldn't get him to make runs. On one occasion he sat in the middle of the field just on the other side of the midpoint line, and didn't move - despite my frantically calling for him to make a run. Three of my other players ran past him and made runs while he sat there on his fat EA douchelord programmed ass. Later, I had the ball set up for a cross, and he actually LEFT the box and went and huddled in the opposite corner. There's no way that happens if the EA programmers weren't sitting in their cube on a Saturday, still virgins & still girlfriend-less, thinking up ways to make FIFA game players scream at the tv. Like, I said complete douchelords!!)

Ok, rant over. Hope my extra advice was helpful.

4. I've Got a Stitch
- Complete 10 dribbles and 10 passes with a fwd and a mid

what's this challenge about? I can't do that.
Do you have to run past the opponent (dribble) and pass (short pass) to the partner, do it 10 times with the midfielder + 10 times with the striker (same player 10 times or anyone from the same formation)?
Does it matter who is the recipient of the ball pass?
