How to unlock the International Unity achievement in FIFA 10 - Definitive Guide
OK, I'm sure there's a ton of ways to get this achievement. I will tell you how you can get it by spending about 6000-7000 coins depending on how lucky you get in the trade and what players you already have in your team.
I got this by using nearly all of the Wigan team playing in 4-4-2 formation.
GK - Kirkland
LB - Figueroa
CB - Caldwell
CB - Scharner
RB - Melchiot
LM - N'zogbia
CAM - Koumas
CAM - Jordi Gomez
ST - Moreno
ST - Rodallega
You should look to purchase all these players off the trade. You should be able to get most of them for about 400 - 500 coins.
The only problem is your going to need a Right midfielder or a Right Back as Wigans RM, De Ridder is from the Netherlands, which is the same as Melchiot.
I actually had Paulo Ferreira in my team, i played him at RB and Melchiot at RM and the chem went to 100.
But any RB or RM from the Premiership with a 4-4-2 formation should get you 100 chem.
Your also going to need a 4-4-2 manager. I had Martin Jol.
When you have 11 players, fill your subs with players from different nations to the starting line-up and play an offline match against the CPU (Not a toureny match) and the 15G should be yours.
Hope this helps.

No doubt that the Wigan players are gonna be sold for a lot more now that you have put this solution up! lol
The only thing you should add is that you have to win a single match - tournaments dont count

Most of the players in the wigan team dont prefer the 4-4-2 formation, is there anyway to change this?

For this achievement you need to assemble a team with a 100 chemistry rating, but no two players from the same nation.
To do this your team needs to fulfil the following requirements:
- All players must be from the same league
- All players must be in their correct position
- Your formation must be every players' preferred formation
You can get away with one player not quite meeting these requirements (i.e. one player from a different league), but for the most part aim to fulfil them all to save problems later on.
It seems that most people suggest using the Premiership players for this, in a 4-4-2 formation. But whilst this works, it is by far the most expensive way of completing this achievement. Far simpler is to assemble a team from the Coca-Cola League 2 - there's enough nationalities in there to create a team.
First things first, you'll need coins. From my rough calculations I spent 7,500 at the very most on this. Of course, with card prices changing constantly, you may spend less, or slightly more. But look for that figure as a guideline.
Once you've got capital, search for any players from League 2 with a buy it now price of 200. You'll need the following positions:
GK
RB
LB
CB
CB
CB
CM
CM
CM
ST
ST
Note that it isn't a 4-4-2 formation, but a 5-3-2. Few players prefer this as standard, but don't worry about that for now, it's a problem which is cheaply and easily solved.
Try to fill in the positions with players from different nationalities. I'll list my team below for a guideline, but it isn't the only way of doing this. As long as all the players you buy are from League 2, and none share a nationality, you're fine. Feel free to adjust the price range too: I bought players ranging from 150 to 250, with 600 splashed out on the final player I needed.
Once you've sorted out the positions, buy a cheap manager. Any will do, but if you can find the one German coach with 5-3-2 as his preset formation you'll save a bit of money later on.
Now for the clever part. Whilst other suggestions say to use 4-5-1 or 4-4-2, and buy formation changing cards for players who don't prefer those formations, I found that buying those cards was tricky, due to them being in high demand. Instead, go to TRADING -> SEARCH -> TRAINING SEARCH, and set the type of card to formation. Set buy it now price to below 500, and sift through the results for 5-3-2 formation cards. When I checked this, there were loads of these cards for under 250. Buy as many as you need for your team (presumably 11, though you may have a player who supports this formation to begin with). You'll also need to search for manager cards, to find a 5-3-2 manager formation card (also available cheap), and two position-changing cards, LB > LWB, and RB > RWB. Though it seems like a lot, they're all easily and cheaply available.
Once you've bought all of the above, head back to your team screen, put every player in position, and hit X on them to assign the 5-3-2 formation on to them. Your RB and LB players will need the position altering cards too. Finally, use the 5-3-2 card on your manager, and your team should be ready, 100 chemistry. If it isn't, check players Leagues and formations again for anything you might have missed.
You'll need to fill in the bench with random players, and win a single offline game against the computer for the achievement to unlock. Simples!
My team:
GK - Henderson (Republic of Ireland)
RWB - Joseph (Antiga)
LWB - Austin (Trinidad & Tobago)
CB - Rehman (Pakistan)
CB - Owen (Wales)
CB - Diallo (Guinea)
CM - Jorgensen (Denmark)
CM - Hyde (Jamaica)
CM - Toner (Northern Ireland)
ST - Morrell (England)
ST - Zola (DR Congo)

I'm having problems to find the German coach. Can anyone sell him to me for a cheap price?
By LP Tato BR on 24 Jun 2011 16:30
Simples.
1st : Find a club or a league where a lot of players are from different countries. Easiest is prem league. That is also the most expensive tho.
2nd : Buy players from that league making sure that they fit the formation and position. Also they have to be from different countries.
3rd : Make sure you are using the trading section as that is by far the cheapest way to buy specific players.
4th : If you still dont have a 100% chemistry then buy a manager that is good at that formation.
5th : Play a single player game on amatuer. (i think it has to be that difficulty someone can correct me if im wrong)
6th : WIN!!!
Enjoy :D

Unobtainable due to server closure
This may require a little bit of experimentation.
The best way to approach this is to devise a team from 1 league that has a diverse amount of nations in it. The Premier League is a good choice, and as long as you fill all positions with players from different countries, you should reach 100 Chemistry.
Win a match and the trophy will pop.
