How to unlock the Recognise Anyone? achievement in FIFA 10 - Definitive Guide

When you have joined a Pro Club in the Xbox Live menu, a new pop up should come up saying..

Download your Club members Gamefaces ..
go into it and download them

easy 5G

But make sure there is somebody in your Club with gameface otherwise you will not get it

No you don't. This can be gotten before Looking Good as you don't need to have a game face for yourself, you just need people in your club to have done the Looking Good achievement.

First of all you'll have to follow the steps in Looking Good to create you game face.

In the XBL Menu, go to Pro Club Championship and join a club. When you have joined a club, go back to the Pro Club Championship menu and at the bottom of the list you should see "Download Club Game Faces". Click and that and the achievement will unlock once its 100% complete.
