How to unlock the Team Player achievement in FIFA 10 - Definitive Guide
When in a Pro Club Championship match, make sure there is 10 people on your team otherwise you will not get this achievement...
so keep an eye out for when choosing your postions that nobody has quit the game..
*Edit* also make sure nobdy leaves during the game either otherwise you will not get the achievement, this is very frustrating as people leave all the time but you never know if they leave or not

^^^MA OraNza, were those 3 people that didn't get the achievement playing on 'ANY' ? I think everyone might need to play an individual position. But, I could be mistaken; because I haven't finished a club game with 10 players yet.

First of all you need a Pro Club (it means you have to create your Virtual Pro first), better if you have friends to play with.
Alternatively, you can join a random Pro Club game with other players.
IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO END THE GAME, JUST START A GAME WITH 10 PLAYERS AND IT WILL UNLOCK RANDOMLY IN A FEW SECONDS AFTER THE KICK OFF.
Some teammates will win it, some not. Rinse and repeat until everyone get it.

I found a glitch myself but they unlock random achievements so there are no guarantees you'll get this achievement by doing that glitch. The above post would be a last resort.
I'm leaving you positive feedback because in the other guide the author does not have the achievement (how can you write a guide if you don't have the achievement?). Its fairly self explanatory but you spelled it out even more plainly. Fair play.

You'll want to start off by playing a pro club championship game, which can be accessed from the Xbox Live menu. Simply make sure that your team has 10 players on it, I would say that you need to also finish the match with a full team of 10 players due to the achievement description.
"All players on the park must touch the ball. I got the achievement after passing it back to my keeper after about 15 mins of the game. Not sure if anyone has unlocked it different, but it popped midmatch when i did that" - Thanks to DonnyRoversFal
