Start a new manager mode season as Real Madrid it doesn't matter what sponsor you pick or if you include your virtual pro.

Go to Club Management, then Staff Upgrades your stadium manager should already be at 4/10, just upgrade it all the way to 10 because you should have around 160M to start with.

Finally just simulate your first game and the achievement should pop up.

Basically just start a new manager mode as a big club like Manchester City or Real Madrid, then just upgrade your stadium manager to 10 and save it. Then simulate first game and the achievement will pop up.

Go into Manger mode, select Real Madrid on amateur, go to club management, put stadium manager up to level ten, simulate a match and the trophy should pop.

Pick Barcalona, sell the highest payed players, sim a game and you will get heaps of offers on those players. Sell them. go into club management then staff upgrades.
Then raise your stadium manager to 10.
The achievement wont pop up straight away so you will have to sim another game. Achievement unlocked

To unlock this trophy you should start Manager Mode with Real Madrid. Right at the beginning, go to Team Management and upgrade your Stadium Manager to Level 10. Then play a match and the trophy should unlock after you see the transfers after the end.

For a quick and easy way to do this one, pick a club who give you quite a lot of money to start with (Man United, Real Madrid), and before you do anything, just spend as much money as you need to upgrading your stadium manager to level 10. Then, Simulate the first game and after you return to the Manager Mode menu, it'll pop up.
