You need an Xbox Live friend to play.

In the main menu navigate to Xbox Live >> Online Friendlies. From here, select a chosen friend and invite them to play a game. Once the match is over, the achievement will pop.

Unobtainable due to server closure.

To invite a friend to an Online Friendlies Match you must go to Online Friendlies and the press on the friend you want to invite. All you need to do is complete the match and the trophy is yours, it doesn't matter what the result is. If you need a boosting partner, visit the Trophy Boosting Thread.

At the main menu, go to Xbox LIVE and choose Online Friendlies. Then invite any of your friends for a match. Play it from start to finish and it'll unlock.
