How to unlock the Youth is Served achievement in FIFA 12 - Definitive Guide

You'd need to start a career mode game to get this.

Once you start, you'd be in pre-season. Select the "Youth Academy" option to go into the sub menu. From here, select "Scouting Network", and then "Hire Scout". A list of possible scouts would appear. Choose one that you like, and hire him. Note that the amount used to hire him would come from your transfer budget.

Now, just play the game for a few in-game days, and you'd be informed of the scout's arrival via the in-game email. Once he's here, go back to the scout and deploy him to any region you want. Once done, play a bit more (or simulate a couple of weeks if you want), and the scout would send you an email with a list of potential youngsters to sign.

You can view the statistics of these young players, and even their current and potential ratings. Choose any one of them, sign him, and the achievement will unlock.

start a career mode as a manager. on the menu scroll down to youth academy. press scouting network. then press hire scout and hire the cheapest one. after that go to your callender and sim about a month(press A on the last day of the next month. while its simming you will get a message from your scout. open the message and sign one of the kids. achievement is yours.

First you need to sign a scout. Then send him somewhere, looking for players. He will send you a monthly scout report. If you like one of the players that he recommends, then sign them to the youth squad. Then you'll unlock this trophy also.

For this, you will first need a scout. Go to Youth Academy and then to Scout Network. Here you can hire up to three scouts. Hire one, go back and Continue. The next day you'll receive an e-mail the scout has arrived. Then you can send him anywhere you want in the world. Choose a country and how long he has to scout.

When he's scouting, it'll take about a month before you receive the first report. Offer ANY player in the report to join your youth squad. A day later, you'll receive e-mail about their acceptance and the achievement unlocks.

If the player refuses, it's like buying players from other clubs; you simply didn't offer them enough cash.

We hire a scout at a sports school, send him on a mission, wait for a report in a month, choose the youngster we like, sign a contract and the trophy is ours

You can enter into a contract at the age of 16 no earlier, so when viewing the report, choose someone who is 16, you may have to wait a little if there is no suitable youth

Also happy with a simple achievement. In career mode (playing as a coach), go to “Sports School” => “Player Search Network” and hire a scout. After a short period of playing time, he will arrive at the disposal of the team. Now we send Scout on a mission to any country and wait for a report from him, based on the results of which we can buy a player for the youth team!
