Go to the play tab> "kick off" tile> use the RS to slide the tile along to "Highlights of the Week".
Now hit A. This will then likely show you a list of teams In Form and those Out of Form.
Hit A again and you'll see 8 tiles with various "Matchday Challenges" and "Game of the Week" games to choose from.
Choose any "Game of the Week" and then choose whatever difficulty you wish to play on.
Amateur is obviously the easiest and can be used for this achievement.

Interestingly you can beat yourself for this. You can do a Highlight of the Week Game of the Week with two controllers, one on each team. Was working on kicks etc. and interested to see if this worked, it does.

Finding the Highlights of the Week can be annoying until you get the hang of the fact that FIFA 14 likes to use the Tiles for multiple purposes.
Go to the "Play" tab from the main screen. Now select the "Kickoff" tile (it's generally already highlighted).
Now use RS (right stick) to change the tile to the second button - this should be "Highlights of the Week". select this mode.
On this next screen "Match Day Challenge" should be highlighted - but what you want to do is select one of the four tiles labeled "Game of the Week" (there should be one to the right, and three more on the bottom row).
Select the one you like the most and play it.

In the same menu as the match day challenge, pick a game of the week and simply complete it on any difficulty.

From the main menu, hover over the "Kick Off" tile and scroll right with the 
to find the "Highlights of the Week" tile. Enter this and you will be presented with a series of challenges that frequently update and change. Play any challenge on any difficulty to unlock this.
