How to unlock the Control achievement in FIFA 14 - Definitive Guide

This achievement was a pain in the backside to unlock!

What i did was of course load up a new manager career and went straight to the squad tile. You have to change the formation using the new scroll along option instead of going into formations.
So to do this hover over Team Management and you can see the option to scroll along using the RS. Now at first i changed it but moving the RS but it would not unlock, i tried going to a new tab by hitting RB after selecting a formation and still nothing!
From what i remembered when doing it on the 360 version all you have to do is...

Scroll along formations using RS pick any one it doesnt matter then use LS to move over to another box aslong as it is still in the squad tile and BOOM achievement should unlock!

Thanks. This was not obvious! I changed my formation 10 times and was getting annoyed!

Above solution is over complected.

Load new career and select manager.

Along top bar move to squad.God down to team management and move right analog to the right to change formation. Then use left analog to move the selected tile to the left

Achievement pops up - no crying.

In Manager Mode hover over the Team management tile BUT dont select it - Simply Flick the Right stick to the side - the formation on screen should change, Then your trophy should pop.

In Manager Career, stand on the Team Management tile. Now push the right stick left or right to alter the formation. Leave it on a different formation for a second and boom; achievement unlocked.

This achievement is gained in the Manager Career mode. Go to the "Squad" tab and hover over the large "Team Management" tile (do not select it, if you do just go back), now just scroll either to the left or right with for the achievement.

In your career, switch to the my team tab. and select the scheme with the right analogue.
