How to unlock the On My Own achievement in FIFA 14 - Definitive Guide
edit - this seems to be currently unobtainable,
To unlock 'On My Own' you must wait for EA to put up a "Be A Pro" challenge.
This can be found from Kick-Off, then Highlights of the Week.
Once there, select Be A Pro challenge. If you just want the win, pick amateur difficulty.
It will put you in the shoes of one player, and you need to meet the requirements.
For example, for mine, you play as Pedro and need to score a hat trick vs Getafe in the remaining 75 minutes.
Once you finish the match, the achievement will pop.

Did it today as well. Even though it was Barca and only on semi pro difficultly my teamates had trouble winning the ball back. Frustrating at times but I scored 4 goals in the end. This challenge was listed twice on highlights of the week so I ended up getting double XP for it.

This trophy is not hard at all but opportunities to unlock it may be limited as it depends on EA uploading a specific type of match day challenge.
You need to access the match of the week section of the menu and look for a be a pro challenge, these seem to be rare but they have appeared a few times.
When one is available simply complete it on any difficulty and the trophy is yours, they are not difficult could involve anything from scoring a hatrick to keeping a clean sheet.
If you want to know when the challenges update their is a countdown on the screen showing when they will be updated.

There are no longer any "Be a Pro" challenges being put up by EA in the highlight of the week section.
However, you can trick the console into letting you play a Be a Pro challenge from the FIFA World Cup section which is next to the highlights of the week box.
Open the highlights of the week and see there are four challenges then press the PS button to go to the dashboard and change your date and time manually to 26.09.2014 13.30. Go back to FIFA and then back out of highlight of the week. Go into it again and there will now be six challenges, this shows that your date trick has worked. Then back out and go to the World Cup section and there will be a "Be a Pro" challenge for Messi.
Complete the game and the trophy will pop.

Same as "Big Game" but now it has to be a be a pro challenge.
Entering the same menu as above, you must play a match title as a Be a Pro challenge, to unlock this achievement.

One easy way is to score 3 goals on Messi in the FIFA WorldCup. Any difficulty.
