For this achievement you need to play a game against the team of the week on Ultimate team. You can play this match on any difficulty and you do not have to win. You can challenge the team of the week by viewing the team from the UT home page then clicking 
, You now choose the difficulty and start the game. What ever the score finishes your achievement will pop at the end of the game.

very easy achievement so i teamed it up with another very easy ultimate team achievement and they can both be gained in pretty much no time with little effort :) enjoy the video guide

The Team of the Week challenge can be found at the bottom right of the Single Player section, here is where you will play a team of all the latest in-form players. Despite their buffed ratings however you are able to select the difficulty before playing against them, although the lower the difficulty, the less amount of coins you’ll be rewarded. If coins are not of great importance to you though, then playing on Beginner will make this trophy more comfortable to earn. The trophy will pop at the end-game screen after you’ve won.
