How to unlock the Brute Force achievement in FIFA 18 - Definitive Guide
Start a new manager career with a club which has quite some cash to spend ( like Real Madrid). Search for a decent player like Messi, Robben, Ter stegen (the ones I used). These probably have a release clause. Add them to the transfer hub and check whether the release clause shows up. Ter stegen was at 69 million for me. Select that option and it should allow negotiations with the player. Just accept all the offers so your player also agrees with the deal and you can get your achievement.

Try different team or other decent player from e.g. barca or bayern

Can be done without playing a match.
Play managers mode and choose any club. (Suggestion choose a top club with alot of money. If choose Real Madrid for easy).
Then go to transfer market and buy a player. (If bought ter Stegen from Barcelona). And buy him for 69 milion.
After that you will come in a office scene and the player manager tells you you will need to buy him out. Accept that and accept everything he says.
After that in a couple of days simulated the trophy will pol up.

The release clause of a player will appear when they are listed in your Transfer Hub, on the overview to the right hand side. For this trophy you’ll want to use a club like Barcelona or Real Madrid who have a large transfer budget. An example player you can approach is Eden Hazard, who has a release clause of £153m (refer to image below). Note that not all players will appear with the same release clause/if any release clause to all clubs, for instance Eden Hazard has a release clause appearing when using Barcelona, however as Man United he does not.
When you search and add the player to your shortlist, if you approach to buy you’ll have a pop-up message concerning the release clause and if you wish to buy it to skip club negotiations. Select yes on this message and you’ll be put through to the cinematic with the player and his agent, accept all the conditions which are proposed and you’ll secure the player along with the trophy.

In career mode, at the very beginning of transfers, select any player you like. I chose Jan Oblak playing for Manchester, enter into negotiations and agree to all the conditions, at the same time get the Always be closing trophy / Be the first.

At the time I completed the trophy, Oblak had no compensation, I chose Griezmann.

When purchasing a football player, you must first place the future player on the transfer list. Then we go to the “Transfer Center”. A list of players you want to buy appears there. We look carefully at the “Compensation” column. The amount of money should be written there. We click on this player - we are offered to pay the same compensation and go straight to negotiations with the player. We agree to everything and get the achievement)
