For those looking for a text description instead of a video:
P1 is going for achievement, P2 is the opposite team. Can be done online or locally with 2 controllers. I did this by myself with two controllers on a local game, I also turned off injuries and bookings and set time to 20 minutes a half so I could keep retrying.
1. P1 choose Barcelona, P2 choose anyone else.
2. Get P1 with the ball at the edge of the penalty box, kind of centrally located.
3. P2 has to foul P1, slide tackle from behind works pretty well.
4. P2 use RT (or LT) to move the wall right (or left) so it is away from the goal.
5. P2 presses the view (back) button to control the keeper, use the left stick to move the keeper away from the goal, you have to hold the stick otherwise the keeper will run back into the goal.
6. P1 needs to use the right stick to move Messi into a position right behind the ball, so he is directly facing the goal.
7. P1 needs to press LB+B to shoot. If he doesn't score with the outside of the foot, restart from step 2. Some guides say he has to kick with his left foot, but I am pretty sure he kicked with his right foot when I got my achievement. Put a little power into the shot, but not too much that it goes over. I found if I didn't kick it hard enough that the ball would swing wildly and usually miss the goal.

*Glitched* - There have been reports that this trophy is not unlocking for some people despite scoring from the correct shot/animation using the outside of the foot. The reason for this is not known, although using a different team/player from your original void attempt may pop the trophy. Ronaldo and Messi are ideal players to attempt this.
To perform this type of freekick, you need to have the free kick taker stand on the side of the ball to which his preferred foot is, which is essentially the unnatural position to take a shot. So a right-footed player stands to the right of the ball, left-footed stands to the left. To adjust your player position move either left or right. If you are unsure if a player is left or right footed, you can check when changing the free kick taker as they will have an “R” or “L” next to their name.
To score this free kick in a natural game can prove difficult, therefore it’s recommended to either use a second controller or player with a friend/boosting partner via Friendlies Seasons. Having the ability to control your opponent/play with a friend also means you can select and pull out players from the wall, therefore the likelihood of your shot reaching the goal and scoring is greatly increased. If you are playing locally with two controllers, then you can also bring out the GK as shown in the video below. Once those favourable conditions are set up, you need only shoot by pressing and as well as holding directly left or right (whichever side you are standing to the ball, aim that way), though it's likely it will take several attempts for the trophy to actually pop regardless if scoring correctly. For a visual reference of what this shot looks like, refer to the video below.

It's easiest to do if you have a second gamepad or with a friend.
Remove the wall, remove the goalkeeper (switch by pressing the touchpad)

The strike must be done with L1+ plus a twist with the left stick!

As soon as I tried to score with all the players, including Messi, as in the video, they didn’t give anything. The trophy is buggy(

20+ unsuccessful attempts by Messi/Ronaldo from the working foot. As a result, I got the trophy by hitting Messi with the right hand, without twisting with the left stick (only L1+O).
