A high cross is given by holding LT and then pressing X. If you want to get this out of the way, change the sliders in the settings so you can easily get this in a kick off game.

To perform a High Cross, you need to press

and

whilst running down either side of the opponents 18 yard box. You’ll notice the difference in animation from a regular cross as it’s more of a scooped looking cross. You can also double this trophy up with Get your head in the game.
