Go to pro clubs, create a player and then go to player growth. Select one of the 3 styles. In here, just spend one of your 15 tokens on a skill.

Simple as that.

This is a fairly simple Trophy.
-From the Main Menu go to Pro Clubs and create a player. Once you're satisfied with your creation, choose Player Growth and pick any skill that catches your eye with one of your fifteen free skill points.
Keep in mind that you can add and take away skill traits at your leisure so you should also be able to unlock the "Your Own Path" Trophy as well.
