From the Fifa 18 main menu, go to PLAY and choose ULTIMATE TEAM (FUT). In the FUT menu, go to SQUAD BATTLES. This is a new single player offline experience in which you can play against FUT team of other players. You can pick any of the opponents suggested, look for the one with the lowest ranking and chemistry and press 
to advance (higher difficulties will gain you higher rewards though). You can pick any difficulty you like, be sure to pick a difficulty that suits you so you can win the game. At the end of the match, the achievement unlocks.

so the ultimate team squad battles is a new game mode for this year and to earn a win is pretty easy as you can choose the difficulty you play against

Squad Battles are matches against community created squads within Ultimate Team. You can select a difficulty before playing these matches to make winning slightly easier if needed. There will be 4 opponents you can select from, though you can refresh these for new ones every 24 hours (every 4 hours on weekends). For winning a Squad Battle match you’ll be awarded points which go towards your tiered leaderboard ranking, which will reward coins/packs depending on where you finish. You need only play and win one match however for this trophy, which will pop at the end of the match.
