On Ultimate team - go to online tab - Division Rivals and Select Play Rivals, Once game has ended through game play or forfeiting you should Receive the achievement

After the game starts, you can just quit out by pressing start then forfeit match. Achievement popped for me after going back to the menu.

I got "Just Getting Started" but didn't pop this one.. anyone know why? Or how to unlock it?

To unlock the Easy Peasy trophy in FIFA 19, you need to play your first match of Ultimate Team Division Rivals.

To play your first match, load Ultimate Team > Online > Division Rivals.

Once the game has finished you will unlock the trophy.

Division Rivals is a Ultimate Team mode where you play other Ultimate Team players, but it is a bit different than Seasons. In this game mode, the ultimate objective is to qualify for the Champions Weekend League.

Before you start playing it for real, raising your Division and gathering Champions points, EA made the first 5 games placement matches, so you are put in a Division ranked accordingly to your skill and current team status.

For this trophy, you will simply need to play your first placement match. There's no need to win the match. By the end of the match, the trophy should pop.
