How to unlock the Skill Games Champion achievement in FIFA 19 - Definitive Guide

This is pretty straightforward...
Just get a D or above in all skill games
(8 basics, 16 passing, 8 dribbling, 12 defending and 20 shooting)

Achievement pops after finishing last skill game with a grade of D or higher

Note: you can get an F but this is a FAIL and will not count as a passed/completed skill game

A skill game counts as completed when you reach at least a „D“ ranking. So it is Not that hard.

Skill Games are the training challenges that you are redirected to play while waiting for a match to load. For this trophy, you will have to access them through the Skill Games menu.

Simply complete every Skill Game and the trophy is yours. You don't need a specific grade in any of them, only to complete them. For more information, please refer to Skill Games Legend.
