Once you click on squad battles you have 4 opponents to select from (against the computer) pick the one with the lowest team rating. Then you can select the difficulty pick amateur it should be easy to win even with a team of bronze players.

To unlock the So It Begins trophy in FIFA 19, you will need to win a game in Ultimate Team Squad Battles.

Once you click on Squad Battles, you will be able to choose between 4 opponents. Pick the one with the lowest team rating, and choose a difficulty that you are comfortable beating.

Win the game and the trophy is yours.

Squad Battles is a Ultimate Team mode where you are able to play against the teams of other real players around the world, but they are controlled by AI. The teams come in packs of four teams at a time and they are refreshed every day.

You will just need to play a match and win against any club in the Squad Battles mode. Soon as the match ends, the trophy pops. If you are struggling try this on "Beginner" difficulty.
