Just some pointers to help move the process of getting through The Journey quicker:
- Set the difficulty to Beginner, scoring a couple of goals and then just leave the ball with your goalkeeper. On Beginner the AI doesn't tackle you
- Choose to "Play as Team", not as just Alex/Danny or Mentors
- Simulate all training sessions
- Skip all cutscenes by holding
(some cutscenes have decisions that you have to make, but these don't affect the achievement in any way)
- You only have to play either Alex or Danny's story, you don't have to play both. The game will simulate whatever character you didn't play
- Kim's story does not affect the progress of Alex or Danny's

Good guide, but this one won't unlock for me. I won the CL Final with Alex Hunter and no pop. Does anyone know what to do about this?

Hey there. I personally had no trouble, and as far as I can tell there's not really any mention of the achievement being glitchy anywhere else on the web. I guess it could potentially be down to the EA cutting support for 19 now that 20 is out, but since TJ is single player content this shouldn't really matter.
Have you completed TJ fully, as in gotten to the mess around game in Venice Beach?

This can be done playing Danny Williams story or Alex hunter story, this will unlock whichever you choose. You have to play ever match throughout the champions league their is no option to skip the games.
