When starting Ultimate Team, you have to play five Placement Matches that determine what division you will begin in, 10 being the lowest and 1 being the highest. It's all based off how much you win and how well you do in all aspects in the game, but to put it simply: win at least three of the five matches and you'll begin in Division 4. From there, you just have to play a single game and the achievement is yours.
In 2023 this mode is already fairly dead, at least on the Central America servers so I had to boost it. Boosting this mode requires a lot of dummy accounts, as you can't play that same account more than once in Placement and you can only play against accounts that either have the same number of wins as you or are one win higher or lower. I also had to boost a dummy account up to play against since I could never find a match once I was in the higher division.
The nice thing is unlike FIFA 20 you don't have to play the full match to get enough qualification points, FIFA 21 is overly generous with points even during partial matches. The method I used was matched up with a dummy account and made sure the match time had run for at least five in game minutes then I had the dummy score three quick own goals to end the match. You can do this for all five Placement Matches, but when you're going for the actual achievement you MUST play the entire Division 4 game to unlock it.
To make life easier on yourself I strongly recommend winning all five placement matches as this will put you in Division 2, where you get 250 Champion Points per win so the achievement for getting 2000 points is laughably fast.
Also of note if you're doing both stacks of this game you'll have to play another game in Division 4 or higher to unlock it, it will not auto pop.
