How to unlock the Trust the process achievement in FIFA 22 - Definitive Guide

Simply start up a new Career mode as a Manager, skip to the first game (whether it is a league game or from the Invitational Cup). Choose to Sim the game and let it run till around the 75th minute, or later (that is when I jumped in) and hop in (my team was up so the current result does not matter), I chose to score more goals, ensuring the win and upon completion you will be rewarded with your achievement.

i think this trophy is bugged. i cant get it on ps5 version neither the ps4 one

Performed in career mode. There are two types of simulation: the actual “Simulation” of the match, during which you see the players’ movement across the field on the minimap; and "Quick Calculation" - go to the results. During the first type of simulation it is possible to enter the game. So, we start the simulation, in the middle of the second half we press and let's get into the game. We finish the match with a winning result.
