A win streak in Division Rivals is only three games, so win three in a row and you will unlock the achievement.
FIFA 22 is already slowing down where this achievement can pretty easily be boosted, just note you CANNOT match against the same partner any of these three games, so you'll need to create dummy accounts to win against.
A nice trick to tell if the person in your lobby is your boosting account or partner is have that Xbox log in a second controller and press Y to have them where the lobby as well. If you see the counter increase by one you'll know you have the correct opponent and can advance to begin the game. You will have to change your match making preferences from Solo to Any if you use this method.
You don't need to play the entire match, just make sure at least five in-game minutes have gone by and then have the loser score three own goals to end the match and get credit for a win.
If you're doing both stacks of this game this achievement won't auto pop on the other version, you'll have to win one more game in Division Rivals to get it to unlock.
