How to unlock the Friends for Life achievement in FIFA 22 - Definitive Guide

In main FUT menu, hit RT to pull up your friends list in-game. Select the friend you will be doing this with and hit START to invite them to a lobby.

From there choose either Squad Battles or Rivals and advance to a game as you normally would. Squad Battles is recommended since you can choose the easiest difficulty if you want to. Win 10 games this way.

***You have to WIN 10 games total playing Co-Op with friends but I can confirm that this does not have to be in the same session and does not have to be with the same friend. I did mine in 4 sessions with 3 different friends.

***Any Squad Battle game that is won in Pens counts as a win.

***If you are not sure how many wins you have, it is tracked in the Co-Op section of the Milestones tab within Objectives.

***Achievement doesn't pop for both people in the Lobby, only the person who gets to 10. So if you get your 10th win but it was only your friends 6th... you get the achievement and your friend does not. Only when they get to 10 wins.

Just a heads up, if you get 10 wins on Next gen then go onto Old gen and get just 1 win, it will unlock there (so I had 11 wins altogether and both achievements unlocked)

You can replay a SB match with a special lineup of the week ten times on minimum difficulty in co-op mode with a friend. The trophy falls to both.

There is no need to play the entire match.
1) You join a friend’s game, score a goal and leave. So 10 times. A friend gets a trophy.
2) Join the game again or create your own game. A friend scores a goal and leaves. About the host! No difference. I wasn't the host on two occasions, but they gave me the trophy.
