This can be done with 2 controllers to ensure the second player does not save your penalty.

Keep the aim marker on to make sure you put it to the side of the goalkeeper and tap shoot.

Can be done using second controller and playing a Kick-Off match. Simply keep both controls idle, except, when kicking off and wait til the end of match. At the end of the match it will prompt you to select how to continue. Avoid selecting any extra time and go straight to penalties. From there just make all yours and miss with the second controller.

Quickly breaks out into two controllers. Quick match - classic match. Choosing different sides for the controllers. We end in a draw and choose a penalty. The goalkeeper smokes on the spot, and we carefully roll the ball into the corner.
