Does it work for you? If he finds rivals, then he loads the match for a long time and at the end it pops up anyway that the connection is broken, etc.

This game mode is incredibly buggy when searching as a squad of four. After failing to find a match for an hour ("unable to set up match" glitch) in a boosting session I found a method that works in SOLO!

Search for a Volta Squads match. Make sure that you get 3 random human players before the game starts (this won't work with one ai player).

As soon as you get in game press pause, go to players then click on each player in your team, view gamercard and add as friend. I did 2 first then unpaused to make sure I didn't time out.

Then hope that you go on to win the match!

I used this method and after winning the match the achievement popped.

Good luck with this buggy mess of a game mode. Please ask any questions you've got below and I'll update this with answers.

We enter the “Volta Lineups” mode and win the match with random teammates.
Or you can invite three friends and have fun knocking out silver for all four of them.

It's better to complete this trophy right away. Then it will be difficult to find people to win this trophy.

This mode was constantly bugging me. It would take half an hour to load, then it would throw it out periodically. After each match played, the game closed with an error.
I managed to enter through cards from the bottom menu of the console and the match was won the first time
