You need two controllers to get this go to head on head match, start a timed match build up your gamebreaker but don't score wait for the time to finish then it will say next goal wins, so activate your gamebreaker then score and the achievement is yours.

LEGIT:
In a timed match, just keep the game tied until the clock hits 0:00, and then make a goal while on Gamebreaker. For tips on the gamebreaker, see the Gamebreaker Achievement.
My personal suggestion, build up your gamebreaker before the end of the match, because you have to shoot the ball to cash in to access Gamebreaker. This way should you accidentally score while building up your GB, just let the opponent score to tie it up for the gamebreaker goal win.

FUDGE:
Use a second controller, and use the above method as LEGIT. If you’re playing a match only for this one & only achievement, you can do this in an online boosting match, or you could even work on your Wally achievement at the same time.
